Orienteering Championships 2024
Formby - Merseyside - Sunday 17 November 2024
The
above Championships will take place from Formby, Merseyside in
November. There will be a variety of courses suited to the respective
age categories including a 'Novice' course suited to beginners in this
sport.
More information will be released nearer the date along with an entry point.
This
event location will hopefully appeal to Northern Police runners. Please
put the date in your diary and give the event your support.

Team Competitions
Men’s Open class : 3 to score, based on
finishing position compared with other PSUK entrants.
Women’s Open classes : 3 to score, based on
finishing position compared with other PSUK entrants.
Mixed Team: 3 to score from courses A to F compared
with other PSUK entrants excluding those scoring for the Men’s or Women’s Open
Team competitions.
Individual Awards/Prizes : These will depend on the number of
entries on each course A-F, but for each
course the winner as a minimum. Introductory course (G) : First Man, first Women and first pair.
Team Prizes: For each member of the winning team.
PSUK v RAF
The event will also include our annual challenge match against the RAF.
Entry is limited to 350 so please enter early so as not
to miss out.

Click on enter – only enter Event 2 unless you are also
going to the Night event (NOT part of the Police Champs.)
If you are not a BOF member enter PSUK as the club and if
you don’t have a dibber you need to hire one.
You can self select start times.
When selecting a start time please select one before 12 noon
so the prize giving can take place at 1.30pm.
