Course
The course will be approximately 5 miles
for both men and women. This has to be
the most scenic fixture of the season! Great views toward Ullswater with
a magnificent panorama of the iconic Lake District Fells. A superb
course within the rolling hills of the attractive Dalemain House
allowing us to run a very competitive and enjoyable race!
Parking
There is plenty of
free car parking.
Facilities
Toilets and areas to change but no showers. This is Cumbria,
there is a stream close to the finish!!
Post Race Meal
Hot food at Dalemane caferteria provided by the hosts. Hot and cold drinks
may be purchased.
