For your information UKA guidance for competitors is that all your athletes are responsible for their own safety before, during and after the race. This includes the wearing of suitable clothing and footwear as appropriate for the conditions. Runners should have up-to-date tetanus injections. Athletes are advised to write any medical conditions on the back of their race number in permanent ink in case of any emergency.
Cheshire Police Sports & Social Club would like to take this opportunity to wish all competitors and spectators a good afternoon of Cross Country Running.
